Courage

It is well established that negativity pulses low frequencies like fear, judgement, anger, etc. and positivity pulses high frequencies like joy, compassion, gratitude, etc. Historically, the highest recorded frequencies were associated with love, prayer, and gratitude. Recent findings reveal a remarkable state of being that pulses above them, which is authenticity. The frequency of authenticity is 400x that of love.

Further scientific evidence supports this. When sick and dying people in Hospice are asked their top ten regrets in life, the first regret expressed is: "I wish I had the ‘courage’ to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me."
